DODAF OV-6c to BPMN to BPEL converter?

Hello,

I believe it is rather straight-forward (albeit manual process) to take a DODAF OV-6c diagram and convert it into BPMN and then executed within BPEL.

Question - has anyone run across such a conversion tool?
