Documentation needed for persistent volumes

Hello all,

as I am new to docker I run in the problem (expected behaviour) that when my compute instance reboots I loose my GoldenGate deployment. Please can you share documentation how to create persistent volumes using the GoldenGate free container? I tried using docker commit but this was not sufficient.
