In the doc: https://docs.oracle.com/en/database/oracle/oracle-database/23/refrn/V-SQL_HISTORY.html
It is written: “This view is populated only when the SQL_HISTORY initialization parameter is set to true.”
But according to the link at the end of the site and the parameter itself it should be: SQL_HISTORY_ENABLED
