We have a workflow where we script forms in Documaker, normalize and provide it to Documerge space to run its mainframe batch.
- The library currently uses Documaker version 12.7.1 and even though normalization happens without any error, the forms throw merge-set issues on Documerge.
- This library was inherited from another org and used to run fine there with Documaker version 11.4, so something with the upgrade doesn't seem to work.
- We then tried installing 11.4.4 version of Documaker just to get this working, but in that version the Normalize button seems to be greyed out.
So, we are at a standstill on our work. Please suggest what can be wrong here. Thanks.
