Do not show unsaved changes messages when refreshing

Hi.

I use APEX 18.2.

I create the Page using interactive grid.

I set "Warm on Unsaved Changes" of the Page to "No".

When I transit the page after editing the ig data , the Unsaved Changes message is not displayed.

But, after I edit the ig data, when I refresh the ig, the Unsaved Changes message is displayed.

I do not want to display a message even when refreshing.

What should I do.
