Do i need license to use Warehouse builder

Hi everybody,
I'm a postgraduate student. And doing dissertation about DW. I want to find a suitable software to implement my DW design. Someone told me warehouse builder. but after i installed, it asks me to enter user name, password,etc.
it means i need to get authorization before i can use this. My question is is it possible to give me a username to use Warehouse builder?
