Do I have to have static IP address to install Oracle 10g?

Hi:

I am new to Oracle world. My question is: Do I have to have a static IP addes toinstall Orcale 10g? 'cause it keep warning that IP addres of my computer cannot be determined. I am using DHCP now. Can anybody give ma a hand?
