.dmp file to excel ? help please

Hello,

I have .dmp file of my database.

I need to import it in Excel or Access; (I prefer excel If it is possible)

How can I do?

I find a software oradump to excel but It costs 80$

Can you help me please?

Please consider that I don't know nothing about sql language and oracle database.
