dmagent or synchronization don`t want to start

hi!

i have windows mobile 6 device! i install olite 10.3 client on it!! all work fine!!! but now i reset device to factory settings and install olite on device again, but now Olite don`t work!!! i start mysync.exe and write down username,password and server ip adress with port number and when i click sync button the mysync.exe don`t work any more!!!

any help?????
