DKMS install Oracle Enterprise Linux

Hi,

I can´t install DKMS on my Oracle Linux system

When I try to install DKMS I get:

no package dkms availble

nothing to do

uname -a outputs 2.6.39-400.214.3.el5uek .....x86_64 GNU/Linux

cat /etc/redhat-release: Redhat Enterprise Linux Server Relase 5.10(Tikanga)

Can someone please help me?
