I have a source Oracle GoldenGate 21.18 MSA and a target Oracle GoldenGate 21.14. When I try to send trail files using the Distribution Service, I get the following error:
GG Extract Pump Message: OGG-06569 Remote Collector/Server version 21.14 receiving data is a different version than this Extract sending data.
I want to use FORMAT RELEASE 21.14 in the Distribution Service, but I cannot find where to configure it. I also cannot set FORMAT RELEASE in my Extract because I am using a different application. Please guide me on how to configure FORMAT RELEASE 21.14 in the Distribution Service without upgrading the target GoldenGate version.
