Distributed Version Control in JDeveloper 9.0.3.5

Hi,

I am currently using JDeveloper 9.0.3.5(Build 1453) with Oracle E-Business Suite 11.5.10 to developer OAF applications.

From what I've googled so far, all signs point to "NO" but is it possible to use a distributed version control system like Git or Mercurial with this version of JDeveloper? The only options I see are CVS, Oracle9i SCM, and Rational ClearCase. Currently my company does not have any version control system. What version control system do you use/suggest?
