Displaying user name (APP_USER) name in the "top" of the theme

Hi,
Normally in an APEX application, if a APP_USER logs in, the name of that person is displayed in the page, preferabbly, somewhere in the theme.
Right now, I am using Theme 2, where you have 2 red borders displayed in the page, in the bottom border the name is displayed.
I just wanted to know, if the APP_USER name can be displyed in the top of the theme border.

Please let me know how to do this.
