DevOps, CI/CD and Automation

I have created a report using style GroupAbove in oracle reports 9i and save it in .jsp file.
Now my problem is
For Car number i am using group. For very car there are 10,20,21,22,1,90 and so on records.

I am display report in this way :

carnumber 1 (group)
name type design .....(heading)

carnumber 2 (group)
name type design ..... (heading)

Now I am facing two problems.

But i want to display report in this way.
name type design ......(heading)
carnumber 1 (group)

carnumber 2 (only group)
1) In a page heading should be only once.
and second time on wards only group(ie carnummber only) should be display.
2) In next page heading should be start.

Please help me it's very urgent
