I have Forms builder running in standalone mode reading icons from .ico files, location specified by UI_ICON registry setting. I use two sizes of iconic buttons (16x16 and 32x32).
I have converted *.ico files to the complementary gif files and copied them to designated folder on the server. After running the form using FSAL, I get much different behaviour in displaying the icons as seen on the attached screenshots. What does make this difference and how to avoid this so that a developer would have the exact feeling on how the form is to be displayed when run on the server?
