Displaying External Documents on an OBIEE Dashboard

Hi All,

We are using OBIEE 10.1.3.4.1.One of the client requirement is to provide a link to PDF help file on the dashboard clicking which user can download the document for reference.

I would appreciate if anyone of you can tell me the procedure in detail to achieve this.
