Displaying an image stored in a URL (HTTP server) in Oracle Forms 10G?

hello good morning fellow

I am using oracle forms 10g and I need to display an image in forms 10g R2
images are stored on another server, and I would like to help me in this.

how to display an image that is stored in an http address

http: \ misimagenes.com \ marcaEcko \ 09123.jpg

and currently been read_image_file ()

my question is how do to show that image from the website http
with this instruction read_image_file ('image.jpg', 'ANY', 'bloque.imagen');

OR

if any of youR know some specific instructions that allows me to do this, I would like to help me

anyone know or know of a JavaBean that allows me to display an image from a url (http) in a form of oracle
