Displaying all numbers prefixed with zero

Hi All,

We have a requirement wherein we want to display all decimal numbers prefixed with zeroes.

Eg. If we have a number 0.18, then while writing the data to a flat file it gets converted to .18, we want it to be written as 0.18 in the flat file as well.

Any pointers in this regard will be really helpful.
