Display URL link after radio button selected

I tried using the creae URL shortcut method , but it displays the shortcut in a subregion and don't even know how to display a clickable external URL link (e.g., google).

I want to do this:

Do you know the vendor address () Yes () No. (if 'Yes', display URL shortcut here) www.google.com
