Display the value of a field after submit in a dynamic action alert?

Hi Folks:

I have tried a half dozen different ways, but can't get Apex (apex 18.1) to display the value of a field after the end user has submitted the field.

For Example:

I would like the field value to be where the &P15_TRANSFER_TO. value is placed.

Is this possible?
