Display Text with icons

JDev Version :11.1.16

I would like to display text with icons, when text wraps it looks like below

eg. blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah

     blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah

     blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah

I tried with ADF CommandImageLink and goImageLink  but these display first Icon next text. 

I also tried outputText and image, but these creating two columns.
