Display records in page with set of records

say for eg i am having a table TableA which is having some say 1000 records i need to write the stored procedure to fetch only 50 records(1 50) later on the page if user click page 2 it needs to fetch data from 51-100 and so on.... what are the inputs need for this stored procedure to do so.
Existing parameters for this stored procedure is empid number, managerid number
