Display number of seconds as Days,Hours,Minutes,Seconds

Hi,

I have a table with a number column called DURATION. This column holds the number of seconds that has passed between two timestamps.

In IR - how can I display this information in a more friendly way (e.g. 10 days 5 Hrs 10 Minutes)?
