Display multi-item list again on Service Point (C2M 2.9.0.1.1)

After recent patches to C2M 2.9.0.1.1, the only way to see the multi-item list on a Service Point is to click Edit under the SP Multi Item Configuration zone.

It was shown that the new version of C2M, v25.4, has an enhancement for this very thing. See the below screenshot for an example.

We would like to see something like this come to C2M 2.9.0.1.1 in the form of a patch. There is a related document to this concept as well, Doc ID 3093331.1.
