Display Modal Dialog on Top of Page

Hi,

I would like to dispaly the modal dialog on the top of my page. By default it is shown at the center.

when I change the Top attribute in Console it is moving the dialog to the top, however if I place that CSS in the page it does not work.

Any help is appreciated.

Apex version : 18.2.
