Display listener and SIDS associated with them from listener.ora

I need to be able to programicaly generate a list of available listeners and SIDS associated with those listeners based on what has been defined in listener.ora.
I've been giong through creating a script (unix platform) to parse listener.ora but feel like I'm possibly re-inventing the wheel here.
