Display list items based on another list item

Hello all,
I want to display list items based on another list item value..
My requirement like this:

I have two list items..Named "Country" and "States".. Suppose i select India in country list item. Based on this value
The "States" list item should display all the States belongs only in India.Not in other countries..From this states displayed in stated list item i can pick up one state..Pls help me how can i do this..

I already tried this link.But i cant done..

Note: I have two tables named Country and State..
