Display Horizontal scroll bar in forms

Hello Everybody...

I have form and there r main fileds Division and Branch. Now there are 39 fields of this Division and Branch means 1 row contain 41 fileds to display on screen but its not possible.
I wants that user able to see Division and Branch and he only allow to scroll that 39 fields
related to that branch and division.
So my problem is how to show horizontal scroll bar in required fileds only.
If any 1 have an idea then let me know.
