Display Form Changes

Is there a built-in that will display the fields that have changed in a record. My issues is that when I close the form or select the query button I am presented with a message to save changes when no changes have been made.

My thought is to display the fields that are being tagged as updated and find how they are being changed.

Any suggestions?
