Display diversity certificates submitted by subs in Document Archives section

Display diversity certificates uploaded by subcontractors in the Supplier Tracking workflow on the Documents Archive page in Textura. This would provide an easily accessible and centralized location for project teams to view and download subcontractors' diversity certifications.
