Display Data in Parent and Child Data

I have one requirement. Which is simple, but i need to get formatted here. EMP,DEPT tables.

20 ISE
Emp Table
Empid Ename Sal Dept
1 John 6500 10
2 Smith 5000 20
3 Scott 10000 10
4 King 15000 20
Out should Look like Below
