Display BLOB (PDF) in pop-up Window

Hi,

I am working with Oracle APEX 5.

I have PDF documents saved in a table as BLOB.

I can create a PL/SQL block to store the selected PDF in a BLOB variable.

But can I display in a pop-up Wiindow the BLOB (that is a PDF) when I press a button?
