Display BLOB (image) as download field in tabular form

Hi,

I am using APEX 5.1.

I have a tabular form based on a table with a primary managed by a before insert trigger.

and for the BLOB image field:

But, when I run the page I get the following error:

Does someone know how to display a BLOB/image field in a tabular for as a download link?
