Display and print PDFs stored as BLOB via Oracle Reports

Morning folks. A chilly morning here. Before posting this thread, i did a little bit of searching on this Forum but could not find what I am looking for. Some people had posted this question before but it seems that none of those threads had any answers.

I am trying to output a PDF formatted report that is stored in the database in a BLOB. Storing them to the database was not a problem. ( We have Oracle 10g here and running Forms 9.0.4/Reports 9.0.4 ). I would think it would be the same for outputting a WORD document stored in the BLOB as a PDF report. Any ideas ?
