display all quarters between 2 dates?

hi,

Is their any way to display all quarters between 2 dates.. using a SQL statement alone.. or through some function..

If so, could some one help me around on it..

1/1/2005 12/31/2006

so, the answer should be..

Q1-05
Q2-05
Q3-05
Q4-05
Q1-06
Q2-06
Q3-06
Q4-06
