Disoverer workbook cant open "you don't have write permission for file"

hi all,

in discoverer desktop 10g i have a report named as x in the database, i saved the
report in local disk and try to open in the desktop but i am getting error like
"you don't have write permission for file x , Do you want open the file as read".
can anyone suggest how to open the report
