Discoverer workbook exported to excel error - No dta can be exported

I am having an issue when exporting a workbook to excel running in Discoverer Plus 9.2.2.54.01
The workbook appears ok but when trying to export I have the following error:
"No data can be exported because there are no rows"
(I can send a snapshot if needed, not sure if I can post it here...)
This workbook used to be exported correctly and nothing has changed since.
The only thing new is that there is more data.
It used to be about 50 to 60000 lines and it is now over 65000 lines.
I think the problem has something to do with excel limitation but I have already exported workbooks this big and discoverer automatically divides in 4 excel worksheets.
For some reason it is not working this time.
If anyone has some hints or has already encountered this problem help will be appreciated.
