Discoverer via Web license and Sowftare reqmt

I am confused by reading the Oracle pricing list about the Discoverer. There is no mention of the components except for Discoverer Desktop.
Here is what we plan to do:
Install Oracle Application Server BI and Insfrastructure(for Portal) on a server.
Use Admin to define EUL
Use Plus to create Workbooks
Use viewer to view the reports.

Can some one please tell me the license requiremenst for each of these components i.e. Oracle App Server, Discoverer Admin, Plus and Viewer.
