Discoverer Plus - Export to Excel -How to change macros default cell format

666565Oct 22 2008
Discoverer Plus, when exporting to excel, for number cells we get cell format ### ### ### 0,00, which is set by discoverer-generated macros inside newly generated xls file.

Is there any way of changing this format? Our local enterprise-widly used decimal delimiter is dot, but this default macros makes it a comma which adds extra formatting to our users and it's frustrating.

I noticed OLAP4XL.xla inside generated xls, but didn't find any .xla type of files on OAS, what made me think oracle discoverer generates the whole file from nothing, so, somewhere there has to be initial parameters for this generating action. I have to get to them parameter setting, for instance, default number-cell format, to change this comma for a dot!

thx in advance,
andris
