Discoverer Desktop-error w/ conn when trying to view workbooks saved in DB

Hello

I have a problem when trying to view the list of all my workbooks saved in the DB. I'm using Discoverer Desktop version 4.1.37.00.0.

After i login, i select option "open existing workbook" in the assistant and then select location "Database". Then, before i even see all the workbooks i have, i get an error indicating it wasn't able to establish a connection with the DB. This only happens with the newest EUL and not the oldest and, apparently, only with my account since i've tested with another user's account (for that same EUL) and it worked out perfectly. Also, i've tried creating a new workbook and all the business areas i have permission are visible; but, when i save it and try to open later, it doesn't work...

I've checked the TNSNAMES file and it's all ok... i've tried applying all the patches and still the same...

What am i missing?
