Discoverer Desktop - crashes after first screen pops up

Hi,

I need help...!!! I installed Discoverer Desktop and now when I double click to open that, the first screen pops up and it crashes. Doesn't open it.

What should I do? I tried uninstall and reinstall. Nothing works.

Actually I am getting an error in command box for a second and then nothing comes up.

it says "A sub-directory or file . already exists."
