Disc Device100% Busy on database instance targets

CWFNetmanJul 11 2014 — edited Jul 11 2014

I'm getting Disk Device 100% Busy incidents reported on all the disks of all of my database instance targets.

All my servers, including the EM Cloud Control server are all Windows 2012 Hyper-V virtual machines.

The Oracle data and log disks (separate) on each virtual machine are VHDX fixed-size virtual disks, each one on its own vSCSI adapter, and physically reside on separate RAID10 SAS arrays on the Hyper-V host.

The EMCC server is 12c (12.1.0.4), the repository database as well as all the managed database servers are all running database version 12.1.0.1 as well

This seems to be bogus, as the disk activity on the servers themselves is basically idle, but the Metric Data screen in OEMCC shows a graph of continuous sawtooth-shaped activity ranging nonstop between 50-100%

Is this some sort of bug in the agent's monitoring ability if the monitored server itself is a Windows 2012 Hyper-V virtual machine?

For now, I've just manually suppressed the warnings.
