Disaster Recovery Technical Invocation document

hi,

I am currently in the process of preparing a disaster recovery technical invocation document for an oracle form application. The scope of this document is to cover only the technical activities or changes which the DR team will perform when DR environment is invoked. My question is: While writing this document, what are the areas should i cover with respect to oracle database and oracle forms, reports, headstart application. A template on this will be really helpful. Technical Details ofthe application below

Front end application -
Application server version 10.1.2.3
Forms & reports version 10.1.2.3.0
Headstart Version Headstart Template Package 6.5.4.0

Backend - Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.5.0 - 64bi
