One of our User is looking to see if emails from Workflow Mailer can be turned off for him for IR/ISO's. He never does the approvals for those order types but still wants emails for when he gets PO requests that he needs to approve.
These were options I had thought of or had found through my own research but wanted to see what could be done based on our current infrastructure?
Option 1: Change preferences to Workflow Summary, or Worklist Only in Oracle settings per user. (Band aid fix and doesn't solve long term issue)
Option 2: Create Workflow mailer rule per user
Option 3: Change approval workflow (highest risk/hardest change)
so, any option from above will work or anyone can suggest some other options too
