Disabling View Source from the browser menu and right click

Hi,

I have developed an ADF faces application using Oracle Jdeveloper 11.1.1.6. When user right clicks on the web pages, i need to disable the View source and also the same needs to be disabled in the browser(IE,FF and Chrome) as well. I know this doesn't have anything to do with the ADF, but since i have used ADF faces I posted it here so that i can get replies from experts who have done this using JS in their ADF applications.

I tried disabling the right click itself and it works fine, but my requirement is to disable the view menu alone while right click and on the browser.
