Disabling Form Default functions (F7,F8,F1...)

hi

we have developed a project using Dev 6i and 9i DB.

we Remove the DEFAULT&SMARTBAR from all forms and create our own

way of manipulating the data(buttons), i notice that if the user

press CTRL+F1 he will get a list of form function (how to delete a

record,enter query, execute qury ..etc)

is there any way i can disable all this functions from all forms and let our own way is the only one.
