disabling constraints and indexes during export and import

Hi all ;

A schema contains '3000' tables. It has 'n' number of constraints and indexes.

import takes long time.

To avoid this kind of issue

1) At that time of export , should we disable constraints and indexes to increase performance ? or else what is the good choice ?

Please discuss.

db version : 11.2.0.1
