Disable Workspace Login

The Admin interface I know provides for the specification of an 'Allowed List' of IPs that can access APEX workspaces. I have a situation where the 'allow' list of IPs is rather huge and I was wondering if there was a way to create a sort of a 'Deny' list of IP addresses for which workspace access is disallowed.
