disable primary key constarint

I have table "bank" with primary key "bank_pk"
I want to disable primary key

ALTER TABLE bank disable CONSTRAINT bank_PK;

However I stıll cant ınsert same values !

insert into bank select * from bank
ORA-00001:unique constraint BANK_PK violated.

how can I disable it?
