Disable "Global"-Scrolling on jQuery Mobile App for iPad

Hello Community,

i currently struggling with the standart-scrolling in the Safari-Browser on iOS. It is possible to Drag the whole page away if one child-element isn't scrollable further. I'm able to prevent scrolling for the whole page with the "touchOverflow" - but this will disable every scrollable element on the page.
